Iliass is the forefront of Brothers Catering. Consequent to how determined and extraordinary he is in his multifaceted career, the ambitious young Moroccan established his professional niches in web and business development, digital marketing, public relations, graphic designing, and freelancing. His pursuits in marketing and business management emerged during his affiliation with Extrablatt Casablanca where he handled the marketing and PR of all its 9 outlets. He then became the General Manager of the 6 different outlets of an Italian restaurant, Pinchos Palmier Casablanca. He also worked with Avenue Suites Casablanca as a marketing manager and PR. Along with his past affiliations, he had commissioned work in digital marketing with DK Kitchen and Bathroom. He was also affiliated with Barnesbury Bistro Casablanca and Barnesbury Sri Lanka which underpinned his practical experience and expertise in infographic and management software and top-level business development.
Iliass completed his bachelor’s degree in Physics and Math at Al-Hassan Al-Thani University of Sciences. He obtained a license in Organic Chemistry and Master B in Medical Chemistry. He also has a license in International Business. On a personal note, Iliass considers his career as an art. He considers the love for learning as the most fundamental aspect of his diverse skill set. More so, his leadership skills were honed by his father, a leader-politician in the Moroccan Socialist Party “USFP,” who taught him effective communication and persuasion.
As the visionary manager of Brothers Catering, he believes that “Learning is limitless.”
